How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel your order,please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order,otherwise,we will charge you $45 for handle fee.
You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out,we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out.

Can I get a refund?

You will be eligible for a refund claim within 3 days from the date you received your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 6% banking fee and 20% re-stocking fee, since we receive the returned goods(The returned goods should be in new condition). Shipping fee or the rush shipping fee is not able to be refunded. This applies for any item purchased at normal retail price.

What products can be returned or refunded?

ViveDresses committed to providing high-quality products for your needs. You need to email us about the problem within 3 days since the parcel received. 
We allow ALL BUT THE FOLLOWING products to be exchanged/returnable/refundable:

1. Items has been worn 
2. items received over 3 days and no email to us
3. you received the dress but said you not need the dress
4. items damaged by improper cleaning method or wearing


You pay the return shipping fee or the shipping fee of the exchange dress,return shipping is the customer's responsibility, when we received the dress you returned,we will refund you within 48 hours.
